Anyone that uses Replay Converter, I have a question.

I am trying to convert some .ram files to high-quality mp3's. The stupid program is giving me constant error messages. Is there anything I need to change, or is this a genuine problem with the program? I've e-mailed tech support about it, but I'm also asking people who know the program. Thanks for the help.
